Program: TSG Gives Back, administered by The Sussman Group LLC d/b/a TSG Weddings. Both partners must sign this release to accept the donated package. Applying does not itself grant permission, and applicants who do not receive the award grant no media rights.
This award is for DJ and lighting services ONLY. Wedding photography and videography services are not included. TSG may arrange wedding photos and/or video for social media and future program promotion. This is promotional content, not a photography or videography package or promised gallery or film for the couple.
Permission and purpose Each signer permits TSG to photograph and record them at the selected wedding and use wedding photos and/or video featuring their image, likeness and recorded voice without using either partner's name, solely to promote TSG Gives Back to future couples and prospective program partners. Permitted channels are TSG program website pages, social media, digital and printed outreach, and program advertising. The permission is nonexclusive, worldwide because online media may be accessed globally, and without additional compensation. It begins on signing and continues unless changed by a later written agreement, subject to applicable law.
Respectful use and limits TSG may crop, resize, caption and edit clips without misrepresenting the couple. Names spoken aloud or visible in signs, captions or other details will be omitted, muted, blurred or cropped from program promotions. This release does not permit disclosure of a diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, medical documents, detailed personal story, or use of either partner's name, interviews or testimonials. Any of those uses requires separate optional written permission. Refusing those additional permissions does not affect the award. Program participation itself may allow viewers to infer that a partner meets the medical eligibility rules.
Other rights and future concerns This release covers only the rights of the two signers. TSG must obtain necessary licenses from the photo/video copyright owner and any permissions needed for other identifiable adults, minors, music or other protected material. It does not give outside organizations or vendors independent advertising rights. The couple is not required to purchase media coverage or obtain rights they do not own. TSG will arrange any needed coverage and rights without a required added charge to the couple.

TSG will discuss reasonable restrictions and removal from its channels; distributed print materials and third-party reposts may not be retrievable. Raising a concern creates no automatic cancellation charge. Counsel must finalize duration and withdrawal rights before signing.
