How we collect, use, protect, and share information.

Effective September 21, 2026

The Sussman Group LLC, D/B/A TSG Weddings respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, contact us, request information, or use our client services.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, wedding or event date, venue, services of interest, planning details, music preferences, and messages you send to us.

When you use our client login, your login information and planning activity are handled through our client-planning service provider. If you choose “Remember me,” that provider may store a cookie on your device.

Our website host and service providers may automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare proposals and agreements, provide wedding and event services, manage client planning, communicate with you, maintain business records, improve our services, protect our website, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, email and communications, client-planning tools, and other vendors needed to provide services you request. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Cookies and privacy choices

Our website uses necessary technology for site operation, security, and saving your privacy choice. Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled unless your selected preference allows them.

Our cookie banner lets you choose Accept All, Necessary Only, or individual settings for Analytics and Advertising. You may change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the footer. Changing your preference applies to future website activity. You may also block or delete stored information through your browser, although blocking necessary functions may affect login or other site features.

Analytics, advertising, and campaign measurement

If you allow Analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand website activity, including pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referring sources, and interactions such as availability inquiries, phone clicks, and email clicks. Google Analytics is configured through Google Consent Mode and does not receive analytics-storage permission unless you allow Analytics.

If you allow Advertising, Google Consent Mode permits advertising-related storage and measurement. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure whether Facebook and Instagram advertising leads to website visits or inquiries. The Meta Pixel remains off unless Advertising is allowed.

Links used in social posts or advertising may include campaign parameters that identify the source, campaign, or content variation. We do not intentionally place names, email addresses, or other direct personal information in those campaign links.

Analytics and advertising information is retained according to our settings with the applicable provider and only as long as reasonably useful for measurement, reporting, security, and business recordkeeping. Google and Meta process information under their own privacy policies. You can opt out of optional measurement at any time through Cookie Settings.

Embedded content

Some pages contain or link to content from third parties such as Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Mixcloud, and SoundCloud. Those services may receive technical information or use cookies when their content loads or when you interact with it. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, our business and recordkeeping needs, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, subject to legal, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask us to stop nonessential marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

You can change optional Analytics and Advertising permissions at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.
