Emily + Dan’s Moraine Farm Wedding
DJ Sam Lurie returns to one of his favorite venue’s on the North Shore to celebrate a Memorial Day Weekend wedding with Emily and Dan!
Sam said: “Stunning ceremony, would be an understatement! Sure, the weather was perfect. Sure, the location was perfect. Sure, everyone looked amazing. But the speech from grandpa, was amazing! As someone who DJs ~50 weddings a year, I’ve seen and heard just about everything. This one was a tear jerker! Thankfully, the mood was light (thanks to Emily and her constant smiles and giggles) and I kept it together like a professional. As the reception was beginning, the energy from the crowd was through the roof. Everyone standing for introductions, high-fives as people made their way in, and the roar of applause was deafening. These were the first signs this was going to be a great crowd! During dinner, guests were loudly singing along at their tables, and many danced between, and during their meal courses! After dinner, the dance floor was PACKED. It was a hot sweaty mess of singing and dancing, and it’s exactly what I want to see as a DJ. Emily and Dan had what I can only describe as “infectious joy”. They were so fun, so happy, so outgoing, so full of life and excitement, I think it just spread like an airborne-disease to all their guests. Emily and Dan have set the bar for most wild wedding of 2019 to date!
