No previous event-production experience is required. This is a flexible, gig-based opportunity supporting individual weddings across New England while learning how professional events are produced.

What the role includes

• Helping load, set up, and break down sound, lighting, photo station, and video equipment.
• Supporting our lead DJs and production team throughout the event.
• Recognizing great dance floor moments and capturing video on TSG’s phones for use on our Instagram and TikTok pages.
• Working primarily on Saturdays, with occasional Friday and Sunday events.

What we’re looking for

• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional or formal attire and a polished, guest-ready appearance.
• A positive attitude, clear communication, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, respectful, and comfortable working around couples, families, guests, and other wedding professionals.

Love music and interested in DJing? You don’t have to have it all figured out yet.

We’re interested in meeting people who have the personality, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn that could grow into a great wedding DJ. Maybe you’re already practicing at home or have some entry-level gear of your own. Maybe you’re just getting started and want to see what goes into a real wedding.

This is a chance to build your foundation by observing experienced DJs and helping out at our events. You’ll see how we prepare, work with couples and other vendors, mix music, read the dance floor, and keep the celebration moving.

CJ, Nathan, and Brayden all got their start with us this way. They learned by being there, helping out, asking questions, and building their skills over time.

Who we’re looking for

• A real love for music and an interest in learning to mix.
• A personable, positive attitude and the ability to connect with people.
• Dependability, clear communication, and a willingness to listen and learn.
• Someone who’s happy to help with setup, breakdown, and event support while observing how our DJs work.
• The motivation to practice between events and keep developing their skills.

Owning some entry-level DJ gear is welcome, but isn’t required to start the conversation.

These are gig-based opportunities to assist, observe, and learn. As your skills and experience develop, the goal is to build toward becoming a lead wedding DJ. There’s no fixed timeline or guaranteed lead bookings. Progress depends on preparation, ability, and being the right fit for the couples we work with.

We’re looking to represent experienced wedding DJs who know how to mix, read a room, and deliver polished, confident MC work.

Andy handles the agency’s marketing, talent promotion, lead generation, sales process, quotes, contracts, and payments. Our detailed planning system keeps information organized and takes much of the administrative work off your plate.

When an inquiry comes in, Andy gets to know the couple and what they’re looking for before recommending a DJ. If he thinks you could be a good fit, he’ll share the details with you. You’ll connect with the couple, learn more about their music and vision, and help them decide whether you’re the right match.

From there, you focus on preparing for their celebration and delivering a great wedding day. Andy stays involved behind the scenes to support the process.

Who we’re looking for

• Experienced mix DJs who can build energy, keep a dance floor moving, and play confidently across genres and decades with broad appeal.
• Well-spoken MCs who make clear announcements and guide the celebration without games, gimmicks, or taking over the spotlight.
• Reliable, prepared professionals with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
• Clear, professional, timely communication with couples and other wedding professionals.
• The ability to handle wedding-day changes with grace and tact, and resolve conflicts calmly, diplomatically, and quickly.
• A music library with clean, radio-edited versions of songs.
• The ability to work within each couple’s musical guidelines, including their must-play and do-not-play lists.
• High-quality, professional sound systems suitable for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception setups, with backup equipment and redundancy in place.

Owning lighting or a photo station isn’t required.

These are individual event bookings through our agency. We’re looking for talent to represent and build an ongoing relationship with.

We’re looking for people who can capture the energy of a TSG wedding through short, engaging videos. Think packed dance floors, guest reactions, our DJs in action, and the moments that show what the celebration felt like.

Who we’re looking for

• An eye for timing, framing, and moments worth capturing.
• Confidence recording vertical video on a phone.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• The ability to move around an event respectfully and work alongside photographers, videographers, and our DJs.
• Dependability, organization, and clear communication.

Experience creating social content is welcome. Sample videos can help us get a feel for your style.

You can use your own equipment or TSG’s shared equipment. Owning your own gear isn’t required.

We offer simple, documentary-style wedding videography. The focus is on capturing the ceremony, speeches, special moments, and celebration clearly and thoughtfully.

We’re interested in connecting with videographers who are dependable, comfortable working with couples and other vendors, and attentive to the moments that matter.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience filming weddings or other live events.
• Strong camera skills and an understanding of lighting and clear audio.
• A calm, professional approach that lets you capture the day without interrupting it.
• Attention to detail, organization, and reliable communication.
